In Feb 2009 "Ava Menbary" joined the band as the band's Keyboards Player. The band started to practice and getting ready for two concerts in "Iranian Society of Consulting Engineers" Amphitheater. In May 27 the band performed six songs: "Comfortably Numb" (Pink Floyd), "Another Brick In The Wall" (Pink Floyd), "Help" (Beatles) two Persian Blues songs (with the lyrics of Khayyam the Great) and “Pride And Joy” (
In July 2009 "Ava" left the band.
Since then the band is working on their song for an LP release of “Mind the Gap” And is wornking with Meysam Azarzad (Film Diractor) documentary film and a Video Clip for the song “Fake” that are still being on progress, Nariman Ghasemi (Photographer) that is stayed around with us and captured some great photos. (such as these photos that you see here) and Mehrdad Baghri (Graphic Designer) who has Designed the Cover of “Mind The Gap” EP.
As for The Gap Members co-activities. Nima was previously working with Sigma, and some solo Projects, and also he is the winner of the 1st prize of blues category in the first Iran's Jazz/Blues festival in September 2008, Mani was previously working with M.A.N.X., 9:26 and some Solo Projects, Ali was previously working with 9:26, some solo Projects and some Theater Sound Tracks. Amin was previously working on some Solo Projects. He also worked as a music Composer in Studio Sabz.
Mani and Nima Worked together on Composing Music for a Movie called “Park Mark” (Director: Bak’tash Abtin) with the help of Masoud Ahmad Zadeh (Saxophone Player).
